The Commission has prepared Discussion Paper on “Determination of Tariff for procurement of power by Distribution Licensees and others from Municipal Solid Waste to Energy projects in the State of Gujarat”. In this regard, it is hereby notified that the persons who are interested in filling the suggestions/objections may file the same along with supporting documents (if any) in five sets duly supported by an affidavit on or before 05.07.2023.
