In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (b), (e) (k) and Section 86 (4) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulations 80 and 85 of GERC (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2004 seeking declaration that the Petitioner’s project under the Gujarat Solar Power Policy, 2015 and consequently directed the GEDA to register the Petitioner’s project under Gujarat Solar Power Policy 2015 and allow the Petitioner to avail all benefits and exemptions granted under Gujarat Solar Power Policy, 2015.
