In the matter of Petition under Regulation 18 of the GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019, praying for a direction of the Commission to SLDC to issue ‘Wind Energy Certificates’ of the Petitioner and if deemed fit and proper to issue directions clarifying/modifying the GERC (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement and Related Matters of Solar and Wind Generation Sources) Regulations, 2019 in context of the present petition/application.
