In the matter of Petition under Section 86 (1) (f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Clause 6 of the Settlement Agreement dated 11.12.2009 executed between Essar Oil Limited (now Nayara Energy Limited) and GETCO for refund of wrongful levy of Parallel Operation Charges by PGVCL from Essar Oil Limited along with I.A. Nos. 09 of 2014 & 13 of 2019.
