In the matter of Petition under Clause 3.1.1 (c) of Guidelines for Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process notified by Ministry of Power on 03.08.2017 as
amended from time to time for Procurement of Power from Grid Connected Solar PV Power Projects under Section 86 of the Electricity Act for approval of
deviations from the said Guidelines.
