Ltd.) and for the decision that the petitioner is entitled for wheeling agreement with the respondent (GETCO) at the rate of 4% as the W.T.G was commissioned during control period of Order No. 2 of 2006 dated 11.08.2006 of GERC and for issuing further direction to GETCO to revise the Agreement dated 31.03.2011\, by reducing the rate of wheeling charges from 7% to 4% and also to direct GETCO not to charge transmission charges as per amended policy.
