To receive, consider, and facilitate settlement of Representations through conciliation and mediation between the Licensee and Complainant, passing formal orders when conciliation cannot be reached.
To initiate implementation proceedings against the Distribution Licensee upon receiving information from the Forum regarding non-compliance with its orders.
To act strictly as a counselor and mediator in the first instance for all matters brought under a Representation.
